Compressed-air
leak surveys
Planned ultrasonic surveys to locate suspected leaks and create a usable record of where they are.
- Leak identification and tagging
- Locations and permitted photos
- Prioritized findings for maintenance
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Your compressed air has a job to do.
Escaping through leaks isn’t one of them.
Hall Energy Group is developing a practical approach to locating compressed-air losses, prioritizing repairs, and keeping the results in view.
Locate. Document. Verify. Repeat.
ILLUSTRATION OF THE PLANNED WORKFLOW
Built for the facilities that
keep our region moving.
01 / OUR FOCUS
Start with the losses you can identify. Build a repair plan your team can use. Follow up to understand what changed.
Planned ultrasonic surveys to locate suspected leaks and create a usable record of where they are.
Turn field observations into a practical financial case, with the assumptions behind each estimate made clear.
A planned recurring program to track repairs, revisit findings, and keep new losses from going unnoticed.
Initial service offering under development. Repairs, compressor servicing, installations, and licensed trade work remain with facility teams or qualified contractors.
02 / A REPEATABLE PROCESS
The Hall approach connects discovery with follow-through, so a survey becomes a working maintenance plan.
Survey accessible areas and record suspected leaks.
Document findings and estimate losses where the data supports it.
Your maintenance team or qualified contractor performs the repairs.
Revisit repaired locations and document their status.
Resurvey, update the register, and report progress over time.
WHAT A USEFUL REPORT SHOULD ANSWER
THE LOCATIONA finding your team can locate.
THE PRIORITYA reason to act, with assumptions explained.
THE FOLLOW-THROUGHA repair status you can track.
03 / THE HALL STANDARD
Faith. Family. Integrity. Service.
John Hall is building Hall Energy Group around a simple belief: doing right by people is good business. That means honest findings, practical recommendations, and respect for your facility, your team, and your budget.
Our goal is to earn trust through the work and build a company our family and community can be proud of.
Never manufacture a problem to make a sale.
Separate estimated potential from verified outcomes. Explain the assumptions.
Work within agreed scope, site requirements, and actual qualifications.
Communicate clearly, follow through, and take responsibility.
ROOTED IN TEXARKANA
Planned service area: Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas, with the broader Ark-La-Tex region considered by project scope and travel requirements.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Hall is in the development and market-validation stage, with a target launch of January 2027. Service availability will depend on completing training, equipment procurement, insurance, registration, and operating procedures.
The proposed scope is diagnostic surveys, documentation, loss estimates, and follow-up verification. Your facility’s maintenance team or qualified contractors would perform repairs and licensed work.
No. Estimates depend on survey findings, operating hours, energy costs, system conditions, and other stated assumptions. Estimated potential savings and verified outcomes will be identified separately.
The planned program combines a baseline survey, scheduled resurveys, repair-status tracking, verification, and management reporting. Scope and visit frequency would be agreed for each facility.
